"I used to have the utmost respect for this office. Dr. Blankenship was an amazing doctor and care. The practitioner who took over is too busy. I had an appointment scheduled in June which had been scheduled for months. The new doctor was going to b out of the office and the appointment was moved SIX MONTHS OUT. I work in a job that spur of the minute things happen. I had to cancel due to a mandatory meeting. To reschedule is another 6 months but they werent scheduing due to her being filled and was told to call back daily. I was told while waiting to be seen, my stomach med would be refilled. Well now I'm told they won't refill my med until I'm seen. I could see my ENT specialist in Knoxville sooner than I can see my PCP. Ridiculous."

"I had a CT scan on the 3rd at Sappling Grove and I had to call the 10th 11th and the 12th for results! EVERY TIME the ladies said they was going to send a URGENT message to call me! This is for NP Robert Rutherford's NURSE, Amanda! This is NOT over a shoulder or something like that, this is about IF I have cancer!! When I was at Kingsport HMG the nurse called THE NEXT DAY AND HERE YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANYBODY THAT YOU NEED TO!! I FINALLY got a call today on the 26th!! I asked WHY IT TOOK 23 DAYS FOR HER TO CALL, AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T GET ANY URGENT MESSAGES OR MESSAGES AT ALL FOR ME!! I told her I may consider that IF my brother hadn't told me HE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM FROM AMANDA!! I NEVER YELLED OR CALLED HER A NAME OR ANYTHING!! I JUST ASKED THAT QUESTION and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I STILL DIDN'T GET TO TALK TO AMANDA ABOUT MY TEST OR THE PET CT THAT I HAD YESTERDAY!! I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUTH THE "C" WORD THEY SHOULD PUT PRIORITY ON LETTING PEOPLE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!! BUT NOT WITH NP RUTHERFORD AND NURSE AMANDA!!! SO, I DIDN'T GET A CALL UNTIL THE 26TH AND MY TEST WAS ON THE 3RD!!! I DON'T KNOW IF I NEED TO CHANGE DOCTORS AND NURSES OR IF I NEED TO CHANGE OFFICES OR JUST GET OUT OF HMG ALTOGETHER!!! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE A MESSAGE TO CALL SOMEONE ABOUT A TEST, THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME WITHOUT ME CALLING!! I DON'T KNOW WHO'S FAULT IT WAS BUT THIS IS SERIOUSLY A BAD WAY OF DOING THINGS!! IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE AND PUT SOMEBODY IN THERE THAT CAN DO IT!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!!"

"3.5 month WAIT TO GET IN! Wanted a physical they said I couldn't get one on my first visit. IS THIS LIKE THE OLD VA. HOSPITAL WERE YOU DIE WAITING TO SERVICE. THE PLACE IS A JOKE. All COVID and FLU Vaccines have aluminum and Mercury in them FACT 100. I'm a former hospital security officer..1 ⭐. Hire some Dr.s. . Never going there."

"Dr. Bolickand his nurse are the best. Had for last pregnancy and when I found out was having another had to come back.Very professional and pleasant. Great with kiddos!!"

"New patient. Really liked Dr. Burkes vibes and bedside manner. However, the older gray haired lady in the lab ruined it for me. (I used to be a phlebotomist for over 10 years so I know how things are 'behind the scenes') she started off by having an attitude when I requested to have my blood drawn with a butterfly needle where I was having a lot of blood drawn. She then proceeded to be a smart mouth by 'asking if a band aid was ok'. She was not the slightest bit pleasant which made me ask her if she liked what she did..right after completing my blood draw she immediately went in 'the back' to process and began talking badly about me (obviously thinking i was gone) and how 'I needed to just shut up'. Guess she needed another cigarette break or something..I will NEVER have any blood work done here ever again. Whatever happened to just common curiosity and professionalism when it comes to Healthcare workers especially phlebotomists. Dr. Burke was fantastic for my initial consultation. The Lab lady (didn't catch her name because I was so mad and just wanted to leave before having an anxiety attack) needs to find another profession. Rude and inconsiderate to say the least. I was not impressed with the of chain of custody either when it came to labeling and verifying my info for the many tubes of blood. It took a lot for me to even go in the first place and this was one main reason why. I don't trust the people in Healthcare. I've seen firsthand just how 2 faced and uncaring they really are. There are very few who actually enjoy their jobs in Healthcare. Don't let the older lady with the smokers scar on her neck stick you. She's very unpleasant to say the least and obviously miserable being a phlebotomist. Just do everyone a favor and quit lady."
