"My (step)daughter is a patient of Dr. Bolick's (until the provider is switched asap), and has been since birth. She was delivered to a woman who was an extremely abusive drug addict that Dr. Bolick also treated. Dr. Bolick and his staff, being mandated reporters, never showed any concern for the care of the child even though they were very aware of drug use and there were very clear signs of neglect, at the very least. My daughter was placed on ADHD medication, by Dr. Bolick and her biological mother, when she was 4 years old. Ever since my husband and I have had sole custody and the bio mom has passed away, this doctors office has been extremely rude and discriminatory. They purposely mess up her medication refills every single month, without fail. My child goes without her meds for about a week, every single month, because the staff is so beyond incompetent and negligent, it's sad. For whatever reason, that one medication is always a problem. We were seen in person this last time and Rita, nurse practitioner, was told multiple times that there were 3 meds needing to be refilled but because we missed our last appointment, Rita was too worried about scolding us and lecturing us about the appointments. After the lecture, she supposedly sent the meds to the pharmacy, but didn't. Here we go, on the phone, on hold, getting lied to, just like every month. So, this time, enough is enough. They've hurt my child enough. I reported this facility to Medicaid, TN State Government, and Better Business Bureau today. I attempted to file a complaint with the actual establishment and was told I needed to speak with Sue Addington. Her solution? "Well maybe you should find her a new provider". That's her solution to neglecting a pediatric patient and this mess up was on them...but that was her answer. There's also a lady named Rosalie that likes to act like she gets paid to deny people their medication. And yes, sure, we will find a new doctor because clearly this place discriminates against Jewish people who aren't meth addicts that traffic their children, but it's not the point. The point is...they do not care about the patient. Period. Please reconsider taking your kids here or even yourself. There are much better doctors in the area than Dr. Bolick, who barely even speaks 2 words. If you're reading this and feel the same, I highly encourage you to report this facility to the above mentioned entities and make sure you keep your reference numbers."
"I don't think it's fair that us patients aren't able to choose their own Dr. at Sapling Grove. I need to speak with the Corp. Office asap."
"Always great care. Wonderful people."
"With a recent flu, strep and sinus infection. I felt like hell. Went there on Wednesday and the smart A nurse said we don't do strep on people your age. I explained I had rheumatic fever when younger and kept the strep germ in my blood also my throat was swollen closed. Well she didn't do it. The miss run your mouth doctor came in look at my throat( how did she not see) let it go. Gave me Tamiflu from hell. Nausea medicine. Couldn't eat or drink for two days. Got so weak I went back on Friday. The same nurse said oh let's do a strep test. Came back positive. It's is Sunday and I have lost 5 days of life over a stupid strep swab and a nurse Tha thinks she knows it all. I have always went to Sapling Grove but noticed the people are leaving that work there. Could be because it's a clown circus. Thank you for giving me a very hard 5 days and it still isn't better. The next time, you beat your butt I'll get that strep test if I have to go to the top to get it done."
