"The older lady behind the desk at the FBO is very rude and could careless about being kind and helpful. We landed there and she asked if the airplane was staying there after I told here that we would be there for a few hours and we will be back. Terrible experience once again, seems like every time we fly in she is so nasty and rude. Lisa is here name I think. Very bad idea to treat people like that while conducting business."

It was his first time being in a plane and he could not have had a better experience."
