"Terrible!!! I never leave reviews but I’ve given the staff multiple chances to provide an explanation or an apology but no response. I booked RVA Dog Walk for a 30 min visit while I was at a wedding. This was suppose to include letting my dog out and feeding him dinner. No one contacted me or my husband so I assumed no issues. I later found out that my dog was not fed because the “instructions were unclear.” I’m not sure how that’s possible. I told them the dog food was in the kitchen (it was on the counter) and on the bag is says 1 cup- PM and the cup was in the bag. I also received pictures of the wrong dogs on my portal. Waste of money and definitely not a great feeling knowing my dog wasn’t taken care of. I do not recommend. I regret not finding other arrangements."
