"Phlebotomist are very unprofessional. After a very frustrating appointment with Dr. Modi, one of them became verbally combative because I did not say goodbye. Dr. Modi made it seem like I would be out of work for 1 or 2 days after my procedure, turns out, I was out for a week and a half. There was a disconnect between her and her PAs as well in regards to if I needed a pap smear before my surgery. She never showed me photos of the specimens removed from my surgery. I won't be going back."

"I first went to see Dr. Modi after I started heavy bleeding that didn't stop. I had the usual bloodwork done, nothing abnormal... I had an ultrasound done that indicated I had cysts... I was still bleeding after a month and she wanted to do a D&C with a camera to see what was going on. During the D&C procedure is when she found endometrial cancer. I was referred to a Oncology OBGYN for a hysterectomy which diagnosed Stage 1A endometrial cancer. In my heart I know that it was Dr Modi's persistence that saved my life. I have heard so many stories of women not being diagnosed with endometrial cancer early enough to save their lives because their OBGYN didn't look further than the ultrasound. If Dr. Modi had just relied on that and not her instinct, my cancer would have been diagnosed much later, and possibly too late."

"Recently booked an appointment with Dr. Modi as a first time patient. She was very rude and strange. I spoke with her about a change in menstrual cramps since giving birth. She asked if I had a family history of high cholesterol and diabetes. After those two questions, she casually mentions "You probably have endometriosis. If you want to have kids, you should hurry up and have them so that you can get a hysterectomy." From zero to hysterectomy in two minutes. This was after she asked my age and I said "twenty eight." One week later they billed me $20 for calling on the phone to ask about the screening test she recommended at the appointment. Never again."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Worst Dr. experience I have ever had. If I could put zero stars I would. Dr. Modi and her intern were extremely disrespectful. During the appointment she was condescending and rude. During her questions to me, I told her I was unsure about a medication and if I was planning on having kids and she asked me "Do you even know anything?" in the rudest tone and laughed at me several times. I told her that I did not want one form of medication and told me I was dumb for not wanting it."

"Dr. Modi is very nice. The staff however are a different story. On my first visit the nurse wrote my vitals down on a napkin. Then got me confused with another patient. I have been waiting since October to have a new BC inserted. I arrived to an appointment that was scheduled by her office and when I arrived they tell me they don’t have my prescription. The nurse and I went back and forth about how no one called me to tell me they received it even though I was never told that someone would call me first. Why would you schedule my appointment if you weren’t going to have it yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The nurse gave me her personal phone to text her about my prescription but has left me on read for over a month."
