"I’ve been using Mountain Run Kennel since 2013, leaving my dog(s) sometimes for up to 45-90 days. I travel overseas for work and so having a kennel I know they love and that I trust is really important. My dog(s) don’t want to leave the place when I come back to pick them up. The staff are always so friendly and my dog(s) are always returned so fresh, clean, and happy. I wouldn’t think to leave them anywhere else."

Are dog Loki loves it also, he has been going there for a few years now, when we drop him off we know he’s in good hands, the staff is awesome, the kennel itself is beautiful, it’s clean, better than some adult resorts. It’s affordable it just depends on what you want, if you want high in care, they have that also, it’s a must see kennel, they will give you a tour if you want. This is a five star kennel! "I have been taking my beloved standard poodle to mountain run kennel for years and we call it “doggie Disney” he loves it! I have experienced nothing but great respect and care for myself and Grover, they always make sure his shots are current and up to date, and keep me updated on how he is doing. I had read some negative reviews but have not ever experienced anything like that. He loves MRK and I am so grateful we have it for him!"

"I took my dog there in March 2022, he stayed for 5 days and he contracted “Kennel Cough”/a respiratory infection. I called Mountain Run Kennel and they stated that they didn’t have anything going on within their establishment. My dog is up to date with his vaccination’s. My mother also took her dog to Mountain Run Kennel and her dog also contracted an upper respiratory infection. This past week in November, I took my dog there just for a bath and not boarding, he caught another respiratory infection, after being there for a couple of hours. He had symptoms of gagging and hacking. 300.00 dollars later he was prescribed an antibiotic by the vet. In which I will attach the bill. So basically he had a 335.00 dollar bath. When I called Mountain Run about the scenario and how they might want to clean/disinfect their establishment, I was greeted by a “hot headed” rude employee. After this experience I won’t be back. Too many strikes, pay attention to how your dog acts when you get them back home."
