"If you value your health, we’ll being and quite frankly don’t wish to be hospitalized, DO NOT GO to this practice. I took a patient to this practice and this patient was told that they only had the common winter respiratory infection. This practice ordered the minimal COVID and flu test which was negative while the patient had an extremely deep and congested cough which was getting worse. I also called this office AGAIN a couple of days later as the cough was continuing to get worse and was told no antibiotics will be prescribed because whatever the patient has is viral. I then took it upon myself a few days later to take this VERY ILL patient to my local primary care doctor who goes above and beyond when diagnosing. Low and behold Pneumonia was confirmed on X-rays. This practice DID NOT medically diagnose properly as therefore should receive the lowest possible review one could issue. The proof was in the pudding when they were put to the test which they failed at miserably. Using science, technology and common sense will grow your practice and reputation nicely. Take the time, think it out and do it right the first time. This patient by the way ended up needing a combination of two 10 day pneumonia antibiotic prescriptions , an inhaler and cough medicine to shake the pneumonia. Thank you for an experience we will never forget."
