"Cannot recommend this place enough! When Petco turned me away because I had travelled 50 minutes and was 8 minutes late for my appointment, I was panicked. I had driven all that way, so I called the only other groomer in town open early enough to accommodate my schedule, VIP groomers. They were SO NICE and took me in very last minute because they knew how desperate I was and they were wonderful! They asked me all kinds of questions about my dog's skin and what exactly I was looking for and had lots of options for being as sensitive to her needs as possible, and even mentioned that they wouldn't cut my dog's long pretty eyelashes without me even having to ask! I assumed when I jumped into their schedule on so short notice, I'd have to wait all day for her to be done, but they managed to squeeze her in and get her done in just a few hours so that I didn't have to drive all the way back home and back to get her! My dog's cut looks beautiful, and they even gave her a sweet little bandana. Thank y'all!!!"
