"Highly recommend this wonderful service! Callie and her team are caring and go the extra mile to ensure your cats are well taken care of during your time away! My consultation with Callie was over an hour. They watched our cats for a week recently. Morgan even brought her Feliway diffuser from home as our girls were a bit anxious during our time away. Loved all of the photos and videos! And truly appreciated the thorough updates! Not only do they care for your cats, but the extra help with taking out our trash, bringing in our mail and packages, watering our plants, etc was wonderful! AND the girls got some really cool new toys! Peace of mind is so important while you are away and they do a great job at providing that!"

"Highly recommended! I have used Great Catsby several times over the past year and this is the most professional and caring service that I have used. This was apparent from the very beginning, starting with the initial consultation where Callie got to know me, our feline family members, and our home. She asked questions and gathered information thoroughly so that she could care for the cats and our house should an emergency arise. The Time to Pet app used by Great Catsby is genius, streamlining everything from scheduling to communicating to paying for services. I greatly appreciate the daily notes and pictures of the cats. After one of our feline family members passed away, I notified Callie so that she could update the Time to Pet profile, and she unexpectedly gifted me with a beautifully framed portrait of my sweet kitty. It was such a caring thing to do and was greatly appreciated. We were delayed returning from a trip and Callie looked after the cats until our return. I was so grateful not to have to worry about their well-being as we were navigating our difficult circumstances and trying to return home."
