"After months of delay, I wasn’t able to get my reimbursement for my claim through State Farm Claims so I called Debbie Landon. She jumped right on it and began working with the other insurance company and kept me updated through the process. In a short time I received a call from the other insurance company and notification of their payment to me. Thanks for being so helpful Debbie!"
"Best State Farm office around!! Thank you so much for 20+ years of serving my insurance needs!!!"
"I was with State Farm for over 2 years when my rates gradually went up every 6 months. I went to renew again for the third year, and found that my rates went up drastically. When asked they said I had an accident reported and they paid out over $6000. No such thing ever happened. When I asked Lynn (my agent there) for an accident report, a police report, or anything of the sort to prove they paid out $6000, they said that the liability would be on me to prove that it didn't occur, and that they didn't keep records of that kind. (Sounds very fishy to me) . So when I asked them how they paid a person without me even acknowledging or signing anything, they said that was how their liability policy worked. So I asked them if I reported that a customer of theirs backed into me, would they fix my car or at the very least ask the customer what happened? They told me "we would pay it out under their liability coverage". To me, I do not believe that is the way an insurance company should operate, and furthermore do not believe that to even be State Farm's policy. Call the agency yourself and see if you can ever get in touch with John Floasin. In 2 years I was never able to get a hold of him, he was always on vacation, a business trip, or something of that nature, and was always passed to Lynn. When I finally told them I'd be leaving State Farm and wanted to talk to John to file an official complaint it took over a week for him to call me back, the first and only time I talked to him. I am not one that normally posts reviews online, but ever since then my gut feeling has been going off that something fishy is happening at this place. I remember they were the friendliest of people and gave me the best price when I first started, but they slowly raised their rates every 6 months until finally they claimed I had an accident that I never had and skyrocketed the rates. I remember the first time they raised my rates after 3 months in, they claimed they had not done the proper background checks, and because of 2 tickets reported in our family almost 2 years ago, our rates would be higher than quoted. I regret simply going along for the ride for 2 years when I could have paid much less and been much happier. We all know how easy it is to just keep paying them and not shop around for new insurance. I had 4 cars and a house with them so I was paying in the neighborhood of $5000 a year to them at the end of the 2 years. I just wanted to let other people know I'm not by any means telling you to stay away from State Farm, I just had a very bad experience with this particular location, and have a very strong feeling something is going on under the books or illegal at the very least....."
