"Been a customer a long time and have paid a lot in premiums. The one time I needed the insurance was a terrible experience. The work was finished on my car and it sat in the lot for four days because allstate was dragging their feet on payment to the body shop. I finally had to go in, pay my deductible plus *** dollars that allstate was withholding. Of course when I called allstate they said the claim was closed. Went to the body shop and they said since I had picked up the car and payed the bill myself allstate only sent them *** dollars. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY POLICY ON CARS OR HOUSE!!!!"
