"When I reached out to this agent he Never Replied. Since this review another agent Dana reached out to me from that office and she did speak with me about my policy and my concerns. She said she would look and see if there were any savings that I wasn’t getting that I would be eligible for and get back with me. She did get back with me and she found one that I wasn’t getting. It was a Senior discount. It lowered my monthly payment by almost $10. I really appreciate her following up and looking into things to help make the payment more manageable. It still isn’t as low as it was but I was told that is because the state raised their prices which raised mine."
