"I was on an extended hold and once the representative took my call. He refused to look for the item the store had on hand. Instead he suggested I drive to the other side of town and come in myself to look for it. What was the purpose of checking via phone if the customer service was going to be so bad. Wal-Mart level service at best . I use to work at Targer and clearly he was making something up to just get me off the phone. I'm sorry you don't believe in hard work."
"Multiple visits in a row, posted prices and deals in store have not applied at the register. The store is fine, the selection is fine, the staff is fine. You will be overcharged and not get the deals they advertise in store. Don’t shop here."
"My church, Seacoast Columbia, operates a food pantry and homeless outreach. Several volunteers are cooking turkeys for the annual homeless Christmas Dinner in downtown Columbia, SC. We couldn’t find turkeys and when we did the prices were extremely high. One of the volunteers searched for turkeys near us online and Target came up and your prices were reasonable. Thank you for saving the day. Grateful!"
