"One closing and done. Had my first transaction with them in May 2022. My client was offered a home warranty as a gift at the table by the settlement agent. My client never received any paperwork at home ever about said warranty. When my client has a need for it, I call the office to inquire about the company so my client can make a claim. I emailed so many people and times I lost count, received one answer from the settlement agent that she would look into into it and since then I have been ignored by everyone. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this can cause your reputation as an agent to be damaged. It would have been ten times better if they never would have offered anything at all.
