"This cleaners said they could clean my suade jacket.When i got itback it wasnt cleaned and they didnt offer a refund or a portion of my money back. They tell you they can clean anything until you get it back and its not clean. Horrible customer service. Ill drive ten miles to bypass this cleaners."

"I’ve been using them for a while before I posted this review. It has been at least five years. They have altered several items of my clothing to include dress pants, dresses, and an expensive coat that I had shortened and the shortened. I’ve taken expensive pillows and comforters as well. Everything is always come out. Perfect. Never had any issues. Everything’s done in a prompt amount of time. They’re very friendly there as well."

"Been going to this cleaners for months and most time prepay when I have my wallet on me. However one time I prepaid and they lost my clothes, refused to answer the phone when I called repeatedly trying to reach someone to talk about and after a month of still using the cleaners while they look for my clothes, still haven’t resolved it or admitted to losing my items. But keep saying check my house and they will review their cameras and no answers. Piss poor operation."

"This business was the only one who could "clean" a Queen pillow top mattress cover, so I left it with them despite the other two negative reviews regarding customer service. I had no issues with that but the issue I did have was the $45 I spent to have this item "cleaned." The huge spot was still there and all the polyester fiber balled up in each pocket of the mattress cover and it could not be fixed, so I wound up throwing the item away."

"These people are petty crooks. I have been going there for months now. My last visit is now also my last visit. I gave them two pants to dry clean. One came back with the stitching on two of the cuffs torn. One of the cuffs you could see the cut thread still in the pants. Even though I could show them the clearly cut thread, they denied any responsibility and would not repair the pant. I wasn't going to waste more than two minutes fighting with them about something I can fix myself, but instead decided to take it here. Willow Oaks Cleaners in Hampton is a TERRIBLE dry cleaner with a dishonest staff. They can't even press a pair of pleated pants correctly anyway."
