"19May2020. If I could give this place no stars I would have. My Uniform was promised to me today. I was told it would be ready by 2pm. 2pm came uniform was not ready and was told I’d be called when done. Called at 355pm, hours are not correct online because they had told me they were closing in 5 minutes. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and I stated the urgency of me needing my uniform for tomorrow. I was told I had 5 minutes to get there. I arrived at 4:06, lady had ignored 3 phone calls and disconnected the phone since I had kept calling on my way. When I arrived the closed signs were obviously up, She was in the store still. I had knocked on the door and she just ignored me. Called the phone heard it ring and ignored again. To wrap up my whole experience, I’m never one to leave a review but this was the worst costumer experience I’ve ever experienced. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There are so many better dry cleaners in the area. I can’t speak on quality of the job because I didn’t receive my uniform yet and when promised. But the customer service here is garbage. If this lady working this day is an employee someone should have a conversation with her. If that’s was the owner, then good luck. I really hope you figure out whatever’s bothering you in life that’s caused you to be so rude and disrespectful."

"I was given a yellow cashmere sweater that belonged to a friend's mother. It had a terrible stain on it from being in storage. The lady at the counter was upfront in the nicest way possible and told me they might not be able to get that stain out. I appreciated her honesty so I wanted to try anyway. Well, surprise! They got the stain out and the sweater looks like brand new even though it's decades old! I will DEFINITELY be using Ame's exclusively for my dry cleaning needs from this day forward. Thank you so much, Ame's and the sister with the dreadlocks at the counter."
