Donald is the floor tech manager and part owner (which he told me). He make promises he don't keep. His work is overloaded and he tries to handle everything which he can't. His communication skills sucks, and he come off cocky.They never have the right equipment to finish a job, that's why they cut corners giving the customers the minimum for their buck."
