"I had my roof and exterior softwashed. The owner, Scott, is wonderful, very communicative and responsive. Came on time and did exactly the job. My house looked so clean! There were a couple of spots that needed a retreatment on the roof, not surprising and I don't blame them for that (there were a couple of really mossy areas and we have a ton of trees). No problem and no questions/commentary when I called back about these areas. They came back promptly, spot treated the areas on the roof and everything looks great. I have the cleanest roof (and probably house exterior) in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend and will use again. Next time, I would stay to make sure that bushes and such were rinsed and covered as was described in the estimate. They did have a bit of shock, but bounced back."

"There is still some moss on the north facing roof sections. Some bushes and flowers were damaged by siding cleaning solution. Plants were not covered. I talked to Chris, will evaluate in the spring."

"Ultimately, the house is clean and looks good for a reasonable price. However, there were a few hiccups. I had to contact the company three separate times to get on the schedule and called them when they didn’t show the first time to get an update on what was going on. Communication wasn’t proactive, so perhaps that was my own wrong expectation, but I almost bailed before the last attempt. The guys who came were friendly and did their job, but I didn’t receive the exact soft wash that was in the estimate and they used a slightly different chemical and process. Grass yellowed around the downspouts but it bounced back, thankfully, but I don’t think the ornamentals were rinsed down enough seeing as they dropped a bunch of leaves in the few days following the wash."
