"Had a shirt made for my wedding custom made from hickey freeman took almost two months and dropped it off to be cleaned. They lost my shirt within a day had me return three times saying they “would find it.” At second visit the lady laughs at me stating this is my second visit and how redivision’s it is that I have to return again. Return the third time and guy in charge is on his phone not looking for my shirt and he tells me to come back in a week. I state that is unacceptable and he says there is nothing else he can do. I state he can get off of his phone and look for my shirt. Keep in mind the cost of the shirt as it’s custom made was $280 and he rolls his eyes and tells me it’s not the only shirt in the world and I can go buy a replacement in the meantime. My wedding is in 2 days and says that’s a “solution.”"

"I used their service 4 separate times. Their customer service is a bit lacking. On only the first time did I get "same day service" despite arriving around 7am each time. And, on the last time, I arrived at 6:45 pm and they were closed, but their hours are supposed to be until 7pm on weekdays. They do a good job on the actual dry cleaning, and they're close to home. But ACTUAL same day service, decent customer service, and reliable hours are a must for me. I'll go back to my old spot."
