The technician was on time, kept me informed of arrival, worked in my home in a very professional and I observed firsthand the effort put into thoroughly cleaning my carpets. The carpets look wonderful, like new. I appreciated what I observed in terms of doing a good job. I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the 18 years that I have been in this home but Hews is now at the top of my list of who to call for cleaning and stretching carpet. They were extremely flexible and did an incredible job to clean out the grease stains from our carpet (steps, landing and bedrooms) created by a tenant after their move out.
