"I had used Summerland gutters on my rental property a couple of years ago for new gutters, downspouts, and aluminum wrap. I was so happy with their work that I called them again to replace the gutters and downspouts on my own home. Within a couple of days of calling Summerland, the estimator was here to determine my needs and help me pick a color and size for both the gutters and downspouts. When I accepted the contract proposal (which was a fantastic price), they were here to do the work in less than a week. The job was completed in one day and the guys made sure the job site was completely cleaned up before they left. Payment was not expected until I was completely satisfied.
