"I had called for a cleaning and it was my first time so I didn't know what to expect, little did I know, the service was amazing. Yajaira and Marcela did a fantastic job in 2 hours and the entire condo was cleaned. They smiled and they were friendly! They deep cleaned and I provided them cold water and a generous tip, these maids are very hardworking and appreciations goes a long way! It is definitely a service I would call again."

"Update: This was never rectified and I still believe people should spend their money with another company. Let me start this review by saying I should have been there myself during the cleaning to monitor. However my husband was sick and only went to the location to sign them in and "check" after but didn't know what they were responsible for. Due to the condition of the location I was not expecting anything unreasonable. However the individuals who serviced the apartment did minimum to nothing with no effort. They didn't even do some of the services that come with a "move out" cleaning. They didn't clean any of the cabinets, they minimally cleaned the refrigerator and they didn't dust vents that were low to the ground. In honesty I'm not for what they did in the unsupervised two hours. So I called the answer services not even two hours after they left and asked for a manager to come check my concerns. The person I spoke to took my message but I didn't get a call back until this morning from Karina? She made an excuse for even the simplest of task that should have been done and just made statements like "its an old stove. The cabinet is high. I don't see anything wrong with the refrigerator" The solution provided wasn't to come on sight and check the issues. It was to tell me I can send the team back out but it will cost. Why would I pay to have a team sent back out when you are telling me they can do any of the small tasked asked? Poor customer service Pictures of the "finished" job"
