"I took a dress to be cleaned and asked if some spots could be removed. The girl said they would try. I go to pick up a couple days later and it's the same girl. She's not very personable. She's brings the dress and I'm checking to see if the spots came out. No, they didn't. I understand this. But as I'm inspecting the spots, I comment that the dress hasn't been pressed very well. She says yes, we've had some complaints about that. I ask if it could pressed now. No, she says, those people have already gone for the day. She then tells what I owe. I stated I felt I should get a discount because the dress was not pressed. She said, oh no, she couldn't do that. No one had taught her how to do that. I asked to speak to the owner. They weren't there. They mostly worked in the mornings. On closer inspection, I don't believe the dress was even cleaned. It certainly was not pressed. I will not be going back."
