"My wife and I hired Letty to clean our house on biweekly basis. In her contract she states that if you are not happy with their job and you let me know within 24 hours, they come back the next day to make sure you are happy. She came and cleaned our house once. when she left, my wife checked their work and was very disappointed. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, there were fingerprints on the mirror, dust on the dining room table,... She texted them in less than 2 hours to let them know. Letty didn't answer for a week. After a week, she answered by a text saying that "I know this is not professional but I don't think this would work because you didn't like the way we cleaned. So we are not coming back. good bye" Instead of correcting their job like it was stated in the contract, she just quit and took my cleaning product without my permission. DO NOT use this company. You cannot trust her words."
