Cardinal Associates Insurance

"I've been with Cardinal since 2005. A couple years ago the company was sold and customer service has become non-existent. I purchased a car in September and had the misfortune of having to deal with Jerry White. Jerry is arrogant and condescending. Anyone can have a bad day, so I wrote it off. I emailed Jerry about a rate increase 10 days ago and did not hear back. I followed up with a call a week ago. He told me he had gotten a lot of emails and he would get to it and call me back. I have yet to get that call back. So Jerry, don't bother. I will get insurance elsewhere. Perhaps you can take a customer service class or learn not to be condescending and rude to your customers. I really hope Jerry is an owner so that he isn't running someone else's business into the ground."
