"Do not use this service. I originally got this service on 8-18-16 which involves a one year contract, service was only rendered once. After several months on no contact from them I used over the counter chemicals. I finally got a new contract with them on 6-15-18 due to the owner "waving" the fee. This time around out of six months the tech only arrived four times, once while nobody was home after being told to ensure that someone was there due to our dogs and for us to make sure that the service was provided. We received a bill for something we don't even know happened; my dog damaged his crate attempting to get out due the tech being outside we contacted the owner for the third time just to receive rude remarks and be told that they can come to our house whenever they please "according to the contract". After an argument with the owner we finally got our contract cancelled."

"Horrible service! I bought a home in July and contacted Wrights Pest control to come and spray. When the technician (BJ) came I signed a contract for my home to be sprayed monthly. He sprayed my home and guaranteed their service. Two weeks later I was still seeing spiders so I called him back and he came out and sprayed for no charge. Two weeks after that I was STILL seeing spiders so I called him yet again but this time he didn't answer. I texted him, nothing. A few more weeks go by and I try to contact him again and get nothing. Months go by with no contact or technician coming to my home so I call the owner and he said he would talk to BJ and get back with me. 3 weeks go by and I have to call him back only for him to tell me he can't give me a refund or transfer my payment to another pest control agency. Mike Wright was very rude and very defensive. Bottom line, don't waste your money for horrible service and rude people. DO NOT USE WRIGHTS PEST CONTROL!"
