"According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Family 2 Family Cleaning was delisted by them today (Jan 15, 2019). The man running this organization, Albert Woods, stole my money. He has lied to me, to the BBB, and to the state's attorney general office for two months now. We paid Albert $385 for a deep cleaning on our home. He assured us he'd arrive on Monday (2 days later). He never even bother to show up. I've been promised a refund numerous times but Albert never delivers. When I tried to contact him on Facebook he deleted the business' pages."

"Not a snowball's chance in Hell I would ever hire this "company" again. We hired Albert to paint, clean & move items to a Pod unit for a home we inherited and plan to sell. We went to check on the home today to make sure everything was in order, as we received messages promising completed work by today. We get to the home and it is a DISASTER. There was a receipt on the counter stating the work was complete. There is plaster stuck to the hard wood flooring, linoleum ripped from the flooring in the kitchen, plaster on a freshly painted wall. And if that wasn't enough, he helped himself to materials off OUR work truck parked at the property without permission. We paid nearly $1200 and all we received was a bigger mess. BBB, Home Advisor, DPOR and our attorney were contacted as a result of this mess. Albert was supposed to return at 6pm tonight to rectify this situation and we are still sitting here waiting for him to show up with no return phone calls or notifications that he will be late. I highly advise against using this company. I have never been more disappointed in a business."
