Lynchburg Organic Cleaning

"I hired Lynchburg Organics for a deep cleaning service in April as well as 4 bimonthly cleanings and I was very impressed by how thorough and meticulous they were. They left my house sparkling and smelling fresh. However, I am disappointed by their poor communication skills and their lack of accountability. During the first cleaning, they broke one of my blinds in the bedroom. They let me know right away and offered replacement blinds. I had to contact them several times to get them to fix it, and it took them two months to do so. In June, they broke a curtain rod in another room. The owner, Derek, finally came to fix the blind in June and promised to replace the rod as soon as possible. He did give me a gift card to a local business as an apology for taking so long with the blinds. However, since then, I have not heard from him or his team at all about the replacement curtain rod despite my repeated attempts to reach them by phone, email, and text. Original contact June 15 via text, reached out again August 15, September 19, October 4, October 6, and October 19. They are ignoring me and avoiding their responsibility. I am very frustrated by their lack of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone who values honesty and customer service. I understand that things happen, but it's not acceptable to ignore your customers for months."

"I hired Lynchburg Organic Cleaning to do a deep clean of my home. I have not had the time or energy to do the deep clean my home needed. Sherry and Abigail showed up on time and I gave them a walkthrough of what I wanted done. I wanted them to focus on the main living areas and the bathrooms. They not only did a fantastic job, and everything is so clean! Even cleaner than when we moved into our home! They even gave my dogs some attention that they were begging for. I am so happy with their service and would certianly hire them again."

My husband and I are always so pleased with the work they do. The owners are also very kind people. I have personally spoken to Derek the owner and he's always been professional and kind. He will do whatever he can to get your house clean when you need it. I had a scheduling issue, but he handled it so well and worked it out for us to still get our house cleaned when it was needed since we had a birthday party coming up. I appreciate there service and business. I highly recommend them!"
