"I didn't have a good experience due to a missing and damaged belt loop on my winter coat. I do not recommend sending any clothing with special buttons or sequins etc. They claim not to be responsible for damage and loss of these types of items. I regret that I sent in my new coat based solely on rankings on Google Maps."

"They do a really good job with the dry cleaning and the prices are very good. I took a suit and a dress and the whole thing came out to like $25--I was expecting double that, which is what I paid back in Atlanta. They are a bit slow (it took a week to get everything back), but I also didn't ask for it to be any faster (they might charge more if you do? I am not sure)."
