"I really liked the man Jae who came out and did the estimate for services. He was very professional, kind and gave us a good quote. When we worked with the office person Jade she seemed to be professional, kind and helpful at first. After, we emailed about some complaints about the work that was done, she apologized and validated the complaints. She did not really try to remedy them. I will not use this company again."

"Wonderful service and very professional! I dropped my ring down the duct vent and Wes Ammons didn’t give up to get it out. It was in a tricky space and hard to reach and he went under the house and detached the duct and got it out. I will use them for all of my HVAC duct needs. I called this morning and they called me right back with an appointment and were here. You don’t find organizations that are that responsive and professional these days. Can’t say enough good things about my experience! Highly recommend."

Even though they had to crawl underneath my house—from one end to the other, they had everything cleaned and a new vent installed within 30 minutes. After more than 20 years in our home, it was well past time to have the HVAC and dryer vents cleaned. When I called to inquire about service, an inspection for a quote was scheduled. The quote was well written, clear, and within my expectation for expected cost. The team arrived on time, calling shortly before. We began with a walk through of the house, and then they quickly got to work. I was impressed with the efficiency and skill of their approach and they kept me updated on their plans and progress throughout the day. As they completed an area, they cleaned up and vacuumed. Since having the service done, the air in the house feels and smells cleaner. I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the customer service.
