"Absolutely horrendous experience. They let my insurance policy expire, which meant my new policy doubled, all without notification. When I called about it, I had to hound them constantly for a lower policy, which eventually ended up being a bust. I switched to Allstate and cancelled my policies. They never sent the escrow check for the refund for the remainder of the policy as stated, and I'm now short almost $2k months later. Do business with anyone else but these folks."
