"I had a tour scheduled a couple of days ago, I was a little late but Ms. Eunice didn’t mind staying to show me around. She answered all of my questions. She showed me the rooftop with a BEAUTIFUL view of the city, gym & bike storage room. I’ve looked at a few other complexes & they didn’t even mention those amenities let alone show them. We talked for what seemed like forever which I enjoyed & it made me feel like more than just “another tour”. I fell in love with this property & based on the reviews, other people love it too. Although nothing but trash is included (valet trash at that!), the sq. footage & price seem to be a rare find in Richmond these days. I look forward to hopefully calling this home very soon!"

"I lived here for close to 3 years and was the first resident in my unit. It was a great place to live. The grocery store is clutch. The amenities are reasonable and I never had any maintenance issues that weren’t resolved immediately. I would move here again in a heartbeat if it wasnt time to expand! I highly recommend it and Larissa, she’s the best! It was great living and growing here!"

"I moved into the Flats last May when they first opened. My overall experience was very positive. I lived in a one bedroom and I must say it exceeded my expectations. My specific apartment was more than enough space in my opinion. In addition to the large space, the amenities really make these apartments stand out. All stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors throughout. Two things that stood out to me the most was the maintenance man, Willie, and the property manager, Larissa! If I had a minor issue Willie was there within 24 hours and always demonstrated a high level of customer service and friendliness. Larissa was always communicative, honest, organized, and effective. I have been a tenant at various places in the past and I can honestly say that I have never seen a better property manager than Larissa! She is highly efficient at what she does and it shows! The coffee bar is always stocked in the lobby and there is a small, yet convenient work out center too. The apartment building was very quiet, which I really enjoyed. Aside from your typical nit-pickers or complainers that run to the office over spilled milk, the residents were nice! I would still be there had I not relocated for my job. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. You won't be disappointed!"
