"I was quite disappointed with the service I received from this cleaning company. They do things their own way instead of listening to the owner of the house’s instructions, this included missing spots throughout the home, particularly in corners and around furniture.I had expected a more careful cleaning and better service, especially for the price I paid. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience."

"We used this service for nearly a year. We had an issue once with the quality of the clean, but this was addressed appropriately. We were recently out of town and did not have cell phone service and there was an issue with our payment, assuming because we had travel alert on our account. We returned home and once we received her two (TWO!) text messages I immediately reached out to make it right. I hadn’t heard back from the owner and then our accumulated mail was delivered. She had written us an extremely rude letter firing us as clients and telling us she should have never worked with us in the first place. After A YEAR of being polite, courteous customers. The cleanings were fine but I refuse to work with someone who thinks it’s okay to treat people like this. I settled the payment issue, which she has not acknowledged or apologized for her incredible rudeness. Everyone beware."

"I used this service for several years and was relative satisfied with the house cleaning. I was not satisfied with the owner, Blanka's, complete lack of professional customer service though. Any feedback over the years was met with defensiveness and aggressiveness. Recently her crew mistakenly (I'm going to assume positive intent) switched my $360 BLUE Miele vacuum cleaner with an old, broken BLACK Miele vacuum. I literally saw them bring it into the house. When I tried to address the error, Blanka denied that her crew used any other vacuum than Oreck, which is a blatant lie, and she refused to address the issue of the switched vacuum. I receive an aggressive, combative, antagonistic text denying any responsibility. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau, and will warn anybody who asks me about my experience. Because it's a "he said, she said" situation, I will not pursue legal action, but I can only warn people: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!"
