"Signed up for a monthly service, the first couple of cleanings were good but then they claimed there were complaints about taking out extra trash and cleaning more. But the past couple of times different ladies have come to my house and have forgotten to take the trash or haven’t cleaned as good as usual. I will not be going through this company ever again."
"The experience so far has been great! It is very helpful to have a direct contact with a manager at the company, who I can text at any time with questions, and the cleaning crew did a great job yesterday, which was the first visit. They were also very fast - there were three of them and they were done in just one hour (1 bedroom condo). They also arrived exactly as planned. The agreed arrival window was 10:30am-11:30am, and they rang the doorbell at 10:29am. That was impressive. I am happy with the results so far and look forward to future visits!"
"I didn’t get to meet the team in person but I came back to a wonderfully clean home. Perfect communication leading all the way up to the appointment and after. I also liked the ease of paying for the service and the multiple cleaning options. The emailed brochure was a nice touch - it explained their process clearly. Everything was put back neatly and the door was locked securely. I would definitely use this service again."
"UPDATE Sept 9, 2022... Ms Rosemary and team ALWAYS do a great job and I'm always please with their work! Thank you again TWO MAIDS AND A MOP! ********** Cheryl and team did a awesome job with cleaning my apt. They both listened my to concerns and challenges I had with another cleaning company, so when the team came out they made sure to make it their job to take care of a (very) small request. PS, I think they would state too that I'm not a picky person and I can't wait for them to return. Too, I sent pics to my mom and fiancé and THEY could see the difference too! I forgot to add, Cheryl even organized my COOKBOOKS... (Update 5/6 monthly cleaning) The ladies are great to work with (Rosemary and sorry I don't know her team member's name). Both were willing to take care of the couple request I had, nothing out of the normal cleaning. Both here here for about an hour. As always, you could tell they had been here to clean!"
