I appreciated that he always called when he was on the way and took his time to ensure the job was executed well. I also took advantage of the texting option to get my quote and ask any questions - they are very responsive! We had an older cat that recently just crossed the rainbow bridge and was having accidents on the carpet, some areas we didn’t even know about. "I have used Carlos and his assistant twice now. They are amazing, professional, personable, and always do an outstanding job.
