"Two stars simply because the remediation crew was fantastic. Everything after that was a nightmare. Repair estimate was for paper/foil faced ($118 roll) insulation. The crew that showed up arrived with unfaced insulation ($32/roll) to pocket the difference. When we pointed out the wrong insulation was used and that our cats would eat it, Servpro wanted to argue with us that the cats would not. No apology at all as to why their contractor used the cheaper option despite the estimate clearly stating otherwise. We demanded that they come back out and cover it with paper NOT plastic. The same crew showed up with plastic and when I told them to get paper they were clearly annoyed. Installation was done and looked as if a three year old did it. Finally a few days later a much better crew arrived with the proper insulation and installed it without issue. Advice for anyone going through this, take the estimate, take the insurance check and hire someone on your own."

"Run far away from this company!!! Our shower was leaking and causing mold and mildew to warp our floor. They came in and said they could fix it no problem. We didn't want the whole shower redone since it had just been done before we bought the house. They said we could just do the bottom row of tiles and the shower floor. After a few delays they got it done and we were pretty pleased. 3 months later when we finally got our flooring product in to replace the damaged floor and we pulled out the old floor we found that the new shower floor and curbing that they put in was leaking everywhere!!! It took weeks to get them to believe us that we had a major leak and it was due to their previous work. They would send the contractor out and he would just slap down some grout and caulking to try to fix it even though we had already found mold. I conducted a test with them in the room to show them that we had a major problem in their work. Their subcontractor had the nerve to say to me that "Shower's do not have to be watertight". They finally ripped out everything and we found even more damage than before. We were not happy that the subcontractor didn't seem to know what he was doing, but they assured us he had a plan. We had to wait multiple times because our previous tile choice was now discontinued. The subcontractor ordered incorrect amounts of tile and and incorrect threshold. He then blamed us for not telling him the right amounts. Last I checked, he was the on in charge of the job. Why should we calculate the amount of product he needs to do the job?!? After he finished the showered looked horrible. It was a very amateur tile job. The tiles around the drain are cut horribly, the tiles around the wall poke out at odd angles. Their tile subcontractor did not even own a tile saw!!!! They did bring in other subcontractors to fix his work, but they both refused to do it since it would not be a simple fix because there were so many problems. They finally said they would only repair the shower if we would pay to rip out the whole shower and start over. Wow! Such incompetence! The whole process from start to finish was over 6 months with at least half of that time with our shower unusable. This cost so much time and days off from work. Now we are right back where we started and we will have to find a new company that can actually do good work and not leave our house more damaged than it was to start with!!!! They will lie and say they gave me a new shower for free but the two contractors THEY sent out to me both told me the construction of the shower is so flawed that all it will do is leak in the future."

"The team was responsive, courteous and helpful with clear explanations on cost and work. They were so neat and clean and finished on time according to schedule. The work was very well done and they left the place tidy and returned everything to their original place. I could not be more pleased with their service."
