"Railing going up the stairs was broken for months, maintenance requests take extremely long and are often ineffective, when you get towards the end of your lease, they will look for reasons to get rid of you early, property managers are very rude and insensitive"

"Just going to be honest the first year was 5 star, 3rd year lucky i gave a star. Mold issues on second floor, cant open windows an covered parking is a total plus, the bills included total plus, but once we spoke up an asked for repairs we got hoodwinked an discriminated against and pushed out. Just be aware. There are alot of mirage's in this town."

"It wasn't much but it was a great little apartment. There are no amenities or common areas, but if you just need an apartment this place is great! I lived there for a year after college and was very happy with it. I had the apartment that is currently the model and there was tons of natural light. Maintenance was fast and responsive (only had to request them once), and the management was always very helpful. The building has a door code, and the apartment door locks have them too which made it very convenient for not having to carry a key around. Lastly, the shower water pressure was built for Jesus himself."
