Right along with this NONEXISTENT PEST control fee they decide to take extra money OUT OUR pockets, If we gone be for real! 24 hrs maintenance don’t even work nor comes out i can’t wait to MOVE and never look back on these apartments again. Idk why Zachariah brothers gave up there management because NOW ITS HORRIBLE!"

"It’s a scam,. No matter how much you pay they will say money is “missing” please keep all your receipts. Or better yet find a park and buy a tint. That would be better living conditions than anything under Red Oak Apts/Bloom all of them are straight slum lords."

"First off they are very unprofessional. I brought my son up there on the day he was schedule to look at an apartment he was approve for. We sat there for 30 mins an then the young man ask can we reschedule. If you were that busy the professional thing to do is call before a person comes up there. So my son reschedule an this time the leasing person is not there an won't return until Monday. An we tried to call several times an now no one wants to pick up. So basically they took the application fee an ran with it. I wouldn't dare recommend this place to no one. If they this unprofessional image how worse it can be if you were a tenant. I said what I said because it's the truth. Please provide training to your leasing consultants so the next person can have a better experience."

I’ve seen so many health and safety issues and heard so many other stories from my neighbors of ongoing maintenance issues that the management never attends to. They raised the rent on my neighbors to adjust for “market value” but they’re letting these building fall into disrepair! They started tacking on so many ridiculous new fees and charges after they took over from Zacharias. They want to charge for water now when they never have before, rent paid for the water before now, what happened?"
