"These apartments are terrible. Maintenance is terrible, something happened with my refrigerator & all my food went bad and had to get thrown away. People at the rent office are absolutely no help. The laundry mat needs new equipment & is too expensive in my eyes because we are already paying high rent. Then the most horrible thing here is the parking. Sometimes you have to park on the street because there are no spots and that is such an inconvenience. Please don’t move here unless you have no other choice."

"I moved out August 31. The townhomes are nice in the inside and it was the perfect size for me and my boys. Never had any issues the year I lived there... good place to live."

"The Managers Are Very Stuck Up & Act Like They Better Than Everyone Else! The Layout Of The Apartment Is Very Nice! But The Apartment Complex Itself Stinks From The Garbage Being Everywhere But In The Garbage Cans! The Bug Problrm From Neighbouring Apartments Is Just Downright Nasty! You Have To Pay Way More Than Necessary To Live Here Under The Many Crazy Circumstances Spend Money Elsewhere If Possible!!!!"

"I still live here and have been living here in a two bedroom apartment with my little brother since September of 2015. The first night I did see a roach and after that I kept seeing dead roaches in the both bathrooms. Also, I have been telling them about this nasty disgusting bug infested refrigerator since late September. The first time someone came, they replaced the white thing that holds the light bulb at the top of the fridge part. I noticed that the bugs were still bugs in the fridge and now even in the freezer. It's so bad that they're even coming out of the ice make in the freezer. I poured myself some water and put ice into my drink and noticed that some of the ice cubes had the bugs stuck in them which was absolutely disgusting. I have called them about this problem three times and no one has done anything about it and now I will be taking this over their heads. Please save your money and go elsewhere because it is nasty around here and very ghetto, might I add. Even the people in the office are a little on the ratchet side. This is in no way a good neighborhood as they try to sell it to you as one. NOT AT ALL. I was told this would be a quiet neighborhood and it is far from that. The police are always around and they don't seem to be much help because there's always people arguing at night or fighting and there was even a shooting out here. I cannot wait to move because this is not a place for me."
