"If I could give negative stars for the treatment i received as a guest of a resident at this apartment complex I would. Tanya K. (leasing office) was not helpful, she attempted to minimize the issue when asked simple questions about the complexes policies regarding cars being towed and visitor parking. Tanya's counterpart Denise left her to handle the questions regarding visitor parking and distribution of the emails by herself. Tanya engaged in a poor judgement by engaging in an almost physical altercation with a tenant and ignoring myself and others who also had complaints about unknown changes going on at the complex. I have called the Johnson Franklin group several times and left 4 messages and no one has gotten back to me. Everyone I dealt with was unprofessional and disrespectful."
"The leasing office is horrible and are no help. They are unable to answer questions and after my car was towed they offered no help. Many other tenants came in complaining about their cars being towed, without receiving a notice and one of the leasing employees were involved in what was almost a physical altercation with a tenant, that I was able to record. I would not recommend anyone live here."
"My experience with this place and constantly gone downhill every time. Maintenance staff is always changing , so projects are left unfinished in our home. We currently had a bad leak from our bathroom which resulted in us having a huge hole in our dining room that was suppose to get fixed over a month ago. The communication with the rental office is ridiculous. You send emails, never get a response. Never answer phone calls and the rental office is either always closed or no one is even there to help with specific needs. The property manager and the assistant do the bare minimum and it shows. All they care about is money but not the living conditions in which people are living due to their lack of care. These apartments are the worse!"
"My family visited the property last week and were very impressed. Denise, the assistant manager, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Even though she was the only staff member in the office she greeted everyone that came in, attended to the residents and even kept an eye on the pool because we had a storm moving in. She went out of her way to help everyone and was so kind and encouraging to my son who has autism. The community is clean and appears to be well maintained. The pictures you see on the website are exactly what you see in person. There’s no “bait and switch”. Nice property, nice people, great location. We are just so impressed."
