"Enjoyed my year and a half here. Pros: Staff, Maintenance, Location, Rooftop Pool, Gas Stove, Sky Lights, Reserved Parking from my back door, and Street Access with my front door. Cons: Noise from neighbors echoes upstairs due to high ceilings/thin walls, so an inconsiderate neighbor can hurt the experience. That being said, management is willing and able to act if noise becomes a frequent issue."

"Ideal location, great apartments, and wonderful staff. Management has always been quick with repairs and the property manager is friendly and easy to reach. Social events about once a month are fun and the neighbors I have met have all been easy to get along with. Highly recommend!"

"The location of this apartment is extremely ideal, particularly for someone who does not own a dog (full-time anyway). I wish there would be/would have been more community events that would have helped me meet my neighbors - I've lived here for over a year and still don't even know whose next to me! The complex is awesome, there are tons of amenities I feel fortunate to have and my apartment is spectacular and has been a great experience for my first Richmond home!"

"I had no issues with management and they were always very responsive whenever I reached out to them. The layout was good and I really like the location. The low rating is because of the thin walls. I was lucky because one of my walls was original brick but I could hear everything from the other side to include when my neighbor went to the bathroom (not talking about the flushing) or when they sneezed. I felt like I was in the movie Office Space"

"Nothing beats having an all inclusive apartment in the newest and fastest growing neighborhood in Richmond. You can walk to every brewery in the area, grab some ice cream at Gelati, burgers at Burgers and Brew, or even walk to one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever had for the best deal - Moore St. Cafe. I’ve lived here for two years and management has done an amazing job at creating community events. If we have a problem in the apartment, maintenance responds the next day and fixes the problem. The only issue we’ve had was a leak on our ceiling, which has been resolved. The apartment complex comes with a dog park that our pup can enjoy. You can easily find street parking for free or pay for a garage which has one of the best deals in the city. I would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place that is in a walkable neighborhood and if you want all your utilities included in one easy payment online instead of having to pay separate places. On a real note. We rarely hear our neighbors. They have built in speakers in the apartment that you can play music from with an aux chord. Extra laundry room for larger comforters and towels. Clean water (didn’t didn’t have to buy cases of water during he hurricane scare). Safe mail room with a coded entry so packages delivered after hours are easily accessible without having to pick up in the office. Great Facebook community (they have your back). And visible fireworks every 4th of July. Just be smart about your move. It’s a popular spot with parallel parking. Busy all week. Two strip clubs. A greyhound down the block. We love it despite all of that. Great for young professionals"
