"Stuck in the middle because the parking situation has not been addressed. I’ve lived here for almost 13 years. The tow company has fallen off completely!!!!! Who wants to constantly be ignored when you have people that park with freedom and don’t live here? Pay to live here like we do. And who wants to go back and move a vehicle when a non-resident shouldn’t have been there in the first place. I’m in the middle because I’ve expressed my concerns and people are still doing what they want and I’m having to inconvenience someone for someone that doesn’t pay to live here....smh."

"Highland Woods is one of the best complexes ever! Affordable living, wonderful staff, and excellent location. Just minutes to 295 so that you can avoid that 64/95 life as much as possible. Veronica in the office is amazing! You’ll never find someone more genuine, caring and authentic that runs a rental office! I’ve lived in several places the office staff was always people that you had to deal with but weren’t really personable or engaging. It is so refreshing to have such a wonderful staff. Complex is clean with lots of parking. Close to shopping so it’s convenient and you don’t have to go out of your way. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, that has great square footage, access to shopping, close the highway, and wonderful staff—this is the place for you! Get on the waitlist now."

"Do not rent from here! The airport is 4 miles away and the planes are LOUD! They fly right over the complex. They try to charge you for damages that you did not do. The do not clean up the black mold around the tubs, they just put fresh caulk over it. My apartment has black mold under the sink which they tried to hid with trim. Place smelled of cat urine, the carpet on the stairs frayed every time I vacuumed to the point where i had to rip it out. There is no storage. Neighbors played loud music and no matter how many times I complained they did nothing! Office staff is rude and inconsiderate."
