"When I lived there about 4 yrs ago it Was kool if something went wrong they fixed it. If you're ratchet you'll get a ratchet respones. But Im a business woman and I know how to talk to get what needs to be done!! The new re-renovated apartments are nice would of stayed and got a 3br but the 3rd be was to small. Should look into expanding that room!!!"

"This place is a joke. Yesterday I had an issue with one of their employees. As i was leaving my mothers home he bumped into me. I waited a few minutes to see if he was going to say something he didn't he literally kept on moving. So of course like any other human being I addressed the situation by saying "excuse you". Honestly all this man had to be was apologize for shoving me out of his way and things would have been fine. Instead he started to shout "OH relax I didn't see you". It wasn't what he said but definitely how he said it that made me upset. Of course that escalated the situation to the point where we both were in each other face yelling. The situation was so bad another male resident felt the need to step in between us. During the argument the employee had no problem letting me know that I could go to the office because nothing was going to happen. So I did just that I called the rental office to speak with his boss and her response to me was not what I was looking for. All I was looking for was for her to say she would have a conversation with her employee and that she was sorry for what I had been through that day. Instead I it seemed like her concerns were solely for her unprofessional employee. I was told she received a different story from her worker and how much of good worker her was. How she had never once had a problem before with this worker. As a guest of a resident who pays rent in their establishment I could care less about his work history. All I care about is what was done to me and the fact its beaning swept under the rug. Refusing to let this go if the establishment doesn't do anything I will make a formal complaint with the police department one. First step is bringing awareness hopefully after all this comes out other people who have had run ins with this employee or any other employee will feel comfortable standing up for whats right. I refuse to let this go wrong is wrong and right is right."
