"This place cost us over $550 in damaged drapes from their work. When I tried to get a resolution, The owner was dishonest and unwilling to make up for the mistake(s). I've left two reviews online in my entire life. I felt it was important to let the public know not to trust anything of value with this cleaner. There's a reason you rarely get an answer when you call and you can't find an email address or website. They don't want to address their mistakes or provide any bit of reasonable customer service. Don't gamble when it comes to anything of value or that you cherish. Find another option."

"We brought a dress shirt and dress pants in to be cleaned and pressed right after a purchase, the area where the sticker was on the shirt and the pants was very prominent and outlined as if nothing had been cleaned but just pressed. Figured we give it one more try took a dress vest shirt and pants along with a tie in to be cleaned and pressed as well just went to pick up the tie has creases from the pressing as well as the vest and the pants still have the sticker outline once again. What am I paying for? The gentleman stated when I dropped off that they would clean them and press them so that the sticker outline would not be there, obviously they don't do what they say and whoever presses for them does a horrible job"

"First time I have used this Cleaners. Will never used again. Drop 2 shirts off and pointed out to lady that I had coffee stains on front of one of them. When I picked the shirts up today. Well the coffee stains are still in shirt . It is obvious it wasn't pretreated. It was pressed. So i said something to lady and they said they could do it again. I told her it wasn't pretreated and that I had only worn it one time. I told her why not charge me for the one that wasn't done right and I would try to get the stain out like I should have done instead of trusting them. She said no we have to charge you anyway. So I paid the bill and told her I would not be back. Went to a cleaners close by and asked the lady if she could get it out, she said yes. She said the shirt wasn't treated first. So I pick it up tomorrow. But I have to pay gain."
