"I agree with said below review. I moved in July 2022 and have since had 2-3 different property managers and have never been informed when one leaves and the new one arrives. The property managers do not answer the phone or respond to emails. If you do happen to get them on the phone they just lie and say they’ll get back to you and never do. Make sure you get everything squared away and documented in your lease if you do decided to lease here because once you sign your name on the dotted line you will never hear from management again. Also I am said to be the second person that has lived in my unit and EVERYTHING has broken. Dishwasher, washer machine and most recently AC/ heat went out too. Don’t get me wrong the maintenance team is amazing and responds to work orders fast and efficiently so no shame on them, but this complex is just another one of those fast built apartment complexes that was built in 6 months by some sleazy property company who could careless about their tenants. Have EVERYTHING documented in your lease and pay your rent on time and I guess you won’t have to many complaints living here or with Dodson. I know I will 100% not be resigning my lease come July that is definitely for sure. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Try Monroe Properties their team is definitely better many of my friends rent through them and have no complaints with the management team!"

"I live at the neighboring Centennial apartments, which is also managed by Dodson. I have never complained about the recklessly chaotic management of the Centennial apartments, but now... let's discuss. A used feminine pad was on one of the floors (near the elevator) for 29 days (yes, I counted). The 1st floor smells like rotting human flesh EVERYDAY. The common areas are cleaned once a month, if at all. The elevator had urine in it for over 7 days. It literally looks like three 5-year-olds decided to test out paint on the walls of the second floor. The floors are scuffed and never cleaned. And, the property manager changes each month, with each new one being less useful and professional than the last. Tenants are rarely notified of the new property managers, and they RARELY respond to phone calls. Also, attempting to speak to someone who actually knows anything is more difficult than scaling Mt. Everest. They literally will not forward your call. Instead, you are at the mercy of the unattended email. Also, as an extra bonus, I haven’t been able to dry my laundry for nearly one month."
