"Unsafe place if you have a bicycle. They tried to cut my safety chain once and a second time 3 weeks later they stole the bike seat and post. Talked to management first time and was useless. They have cameras but I cannot see the video unless I make a police report. My parents called them and offered the solution to put a gate to keep the bikes racks safe inside and give a key to registered Students living there but they did nothing. Do not rent there. Safety is an issue."
"Up until we signed the lease, staff were very responsive. When we were trying to request a 1 day of leeway, we couldn't get in touch with ANYONE from the team. I noticed when we were onsite, no one picked up the ringing office phone. Day before the scheduled move-in (July 31): we were onsite, pleading to move in items one day early because my father was in the hospital. They said it cannot be done, as the facilities crew were busy "preparing" the space. Yet, we submitted a one month deposit and first month's rent. Day of move-in (August 1): carpets are dirty, sink had paint all over, chips and nicks on the counter, broken cupboard and drawer handles, dented dishwasher, broken bar in the fridge - all were reported to the property staff onsite. And to top it off -- the 2nd floor toilet was unflushable, filled with human feces. I could upload a picture of the toilet, but I'm afraid my review won't stick and I'll save everyone the hassle of losing their lunch. It was only yesterday, AUGUST 3RD, that the toilet issue was addressed. Additionally, I had asked on a previous call if there were utility arrangements needed to be made on our end, we were told we didn't have to call anyone. We can't get on the WiFi. The staff on site indicated that we had to call Comcast ourselves and let them know that the building has a "bundle account?" Which account? We don't have the account number. The account is not under our name."
"Happy they got new management. They’re much nicer than the old one. Honestly I really don’t have any complaints. There was a pest issue and they immediately fixed it. Not only for me but for the whole building. Any repairs get done. They upgraded the furniture to leather stuff. I’m happy"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place is a nightmare! Place was dirty upon move in and maintenance does not actually ever fix anything. Our washer was broken for literally 3 months (and was never fixed by move out) and despite putting in multiple work orders, nothing was done except for the maintenance people coming in and “checking it out”. The first time the washer was looked at the maintenance worker literally just took my sopping wet clothes out of the washer and put them with my clean dry clothes in the dryer and then left?? Our garbage disposal was also broken and rusted and our sink would clog often. We were told that it was because we weren’t supposed to be putting food in it, but it is literally a garbage disposal! The air conditioning never reaches the third floor, so if you’re living there and get a room on the Third floor - I hope you like living in 80 degree heat! Our unit also only came with 1 dining table and 1 couch, despite other units being fully furnished. Lastly, maintenance never once made us aware of when they would be coming to fix things and would simply come in whenever they pleased despite specifically stating that I wanted to be notified before they were coming to do any work. The fact that they are raising the price of rent this year is absolutely mad, and I truly hope they get it together and provide quality living contortions for its tenants."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE management is terrible, maintenance takes up to WEEKS to respond to maintenance requests, and they come in without knocking. My roommate and I were both almost walked in on naked on different occasions when they entered our unit w/out notice. The unit was not cleaned prior to move in, and I doubt it will be after I move out. Packages are stolen regularly, and management's only response is to file a police report. My unit's carpet wasn't replaced prior to move in, and when someone did finally come to re-carpet the stairs they did a horrible job. When maintenance came in to "fix" the carpeting, they put a couple staples in it and left. Half of the burners on the stove in my unit do not work at all, as well as the dishwasher. Multiple requests to maintenance have yielded absolutely no progress in replacing the appliances. Residents who pay for covered parking in the garage are forced to park on the street because MP fills up parking spots with furniture for other units. PLEASE make the right decision and live somewhere else!!!!"
