"Property manager, assistant property manager, shannon hood were all NASTY individuals. Unprofessional, Lazy Office management. They lack communication then try to blame the resident. They will not work with you. Its sad they are the face of the building and they have a well known reputation of being NASTY, RUDE. Its really a disgrace. WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THESE APARTMENTS"

"I am an upset resident and cannot wait to my move out date this has been the worse experience moving forward of my 11 years .. my first apartment. I have had so many encounters with management and been put off so many times for issues and concerns that should have Been looked at as a priority yet I was put off numerous times .. I’m currently having issues an I’ve put in multiple work orders still no address . I had a huge leak in my kitchen sink to which maintenance could not fix it a professional plumber was needed they came in an put a huge hole in my kitchen wall it was never fixed nor ever seen management after she stated she would come in and take a look at the hole because she was unaware the plumbers did that ..still haven’t came to look at it again .I called concerned to when it would be repaired . My bathroom ceiling has been leaking everytime someone upstairs runs the water literally I have multiple pictures and videos they are aware of that yet no one has came to address this .. my bedroom ac is full of guck I clean it to the best of my ability but yet I feel this is something housing should do come and clean these ac units don’t think installing them was a bright idea from the beggining .. all in the same sentence I have a 1 year old 8 year old and currently carrying whole time dealing with this unprofessional experience from this landlord that never returns my calls never returns my emails totally ignores my questions and concerns.. I will not reccomend these apartments to anybody very unfair and poor office management ."

"UPDATE: the only thing good about these apartments is the price. I’ve gone 3 days without hot water and Winn Residential could careless. At this point I’m ready to move out! Cleanliness of hallways depends on the apartment you live in. My apartment is quiet sometimes but crackheads, drug dealers, and Noisey kids do frequent. My neighbors are quiet. The apartment itself is a great size however it did come with some issues. Curcuit breaker keeps tripping, dripping faucet in tub, uneven floor in living room and kitchen, loving room ac was never fixed. The only great thing is the size of the apartment. Can’t wait to move"

"Nice Apartments but it was trash everywhere it looks like the people don't care about their community I wouldnt live there but the part of the neighborhood there in too much shooting going on I would not feel safe especially for the kids now if it's just you then yeah but if you have kids no I wont recommend this place"
