"I was so excited to try out this cleaners. I stopped in to check prices and I was told that my dress shirts could be cleaned for $1.50. I thought, wow!! That's awesome. So a few weeks later, I came in with my shirts and I was given a receipt for $4.50. Same story as the first time. I told several people about the deal because I was so excited. Then when I went to pick up my shirts, the owner told me that her sister gave me the wrong price and she wrote a new price on the ticket. She admitted that I was told the wrong price and actually wrote a new price on my receipt. She refused to compensate me in any way for her failure to train her employee. At the very least, she could have called me since they had my number to correct it and give me the option to have the cleaning done. To clean my garnments and charge me $10 more than what I agreed to without any adjustments or prior authorization is outrageous and no customer should be treated that way. It's illegal. I have a copy of the receipt to prove it. You can see the price $4.50 and then it written over with the price. Insulting!!! NO ONE DESERVES TO BE RIPPED OFF LIKE THIS !"
