"MANAGEMENT, I wrote this on my move in inspection and walked to the office about 5 outlets not working properly, SINCE MOVE-IN. To date, nothing has been corrected. Your maintenance manager came out with 4 other members of maintenance and I was told it was the light switch in the living room, they replaced it and outlets (2 outlets, 4 plugs) on that wall. It STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM! I was told that you would hire a contractor electrician to fix it, this was 3 weeks ago, with my extension cord running through my living room for power. THIS IS A TRIP HAZARD, and fall hazard, due to my multiple Chronic illnesses, I have MEDICAL EQUIPMENT I need to plug in, as well. This needs to be fixed ASAP! "I gave them a money order and turned my application in they claimed they couldn’t run my credit due to it being frozen but when I called the credit agencies all said my credit was not frozen. They didn’t give my money back , when they should’ve since they weren’t able to run my credit ."

"I literally just had the worst experience ever CALLING TO MAKE AN INQUIRY! Not sure how half these females get their job. I asked the girl a question that she couldn't answer and she told me to "call back during the week to speak with the property manager." I simply asked for the property manager's name and she said she doesn't know it so I'm like huh? Did you just start working there or are you in the answering service department? She just hung up. I thought it was just a random disconnect but she literally has hung up on me the last three times I tried calling back. UNPROFESSIONAL! Nevermind I'm good. I don't even want to apply to live there! She needs to be retrained or FIRED. The old me would pull up to the office just to see who this was answering and offer my thoughts however on this good Sunday Ima just leave it to GOOGLE!"

"Google requires at least 1star to give an opinion but this place really deserves "0". The complex is a mess lived there for 4 years and the current Management Company is the WORST OF ALL! There are rats, roaches, leaks, dirty common areas, etc. The don't do anything I am not sure what they do with the rent money because there is no pool or gym. The sidewalks out flood after every rain. The don't handle pest control (previous management company hired a pest control company to come every 3 months). The only good thing about this place is they motivated me to save and buy a house. Overall, this place is a mess that I would only wish on my worst enemy."

"I have wanted to review this property for a long time. I lived here June 2014-July 2015 and it was the worst place I have ever lived. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person if it were free. So many issues from the roaches in the broke down kitchen to the raccoons harassing you near the littered trash receptacles. Some animal got into the vent behind my stove and it took a couple days for anybody to come. My tub started to drain slow due to plaster peeling and I put in a maintenance request multiple times. Each time, my maintenance request would be marked as complete, but NOBODY came. I would call the office and be assured someone would come out that day/the next day. I'd take off work and wait all day, and NOBODY came. It took two months of my drain not working at all and me having to shovel used bath water out of my tub by bucket after every shower when I finally threatened legal action. Miraculously, someone showed up that day, got smart with me, and cleared my drain within minutes. Why did it take MONTHS for a 5 minute maintenance job?! I encourage anybody else struggling with basic necessities at this complex to seek a lawyer, contact the city, etc about your rights, because the conditions were teetering on slums when I was there- I can't imagine how much worse things have gotten since. And the model unit is super deceptive."
