"They do not clean apartments before move in. You as a tenant have to clean the apartment and they use that as their “cleaning process.” For example, if you do not wipe the mirror during your move out cleaning they charge you $10. They also have issues with flooding on the lower levels which is where they keep the storage units. If there is damage to your storage unit due to said flooding just know renters insurance covers your unit not the storage unit and management does nothing about the flooding or replacement of damaged items. Good price but at a cost. Just know they will find a way to charge you for more out cleaning so that security deposit is as good as gone once you pay it. May the odds be ever in your favor."

"My time at 8th and main apartments was a phenomenal experience. I lived there for two years and had a great time. Eva the property manager made my move in and move out extremely easy. It’s not everyday you run into people who care about helping other people out and making their life easier. Big shout out to Eva and her team."

She was very committed, courteous and very fast to send us the documents that I needed to contract my app. After this, she was still ready to make an appointment with us to give the apartment`s key. I have been looking for an apartment to rent in Richmond for some time now, and Dawn was one of only two leasing agents in the ENTIRE city who has bothered to return my phones or respond to an email. I was starting to lose hope of ever getting any kind of support but Dawn took the time to call just to say that the apartment we wanted was not available. I was stunned, but in a good way! So kudos to Dawn. She is a great example of what customer service used to be, and should be still."
